How to make the BEST Stuffed Bellpeppers in the WORLD!

Ingredients:
Bellpeppers
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef or your choice of meat!
Shredded Cheese
2 Onions- Dice into very small chunks
1 cup of Rice
Minced Garlic and your preferred Seasonings
Optional:
Chopped Mushroom, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Heinz 57 Sauce
Preparation:
Boil Rice, Saute Ground beef, Saute Onions/diced tomatoes in separate pans. Once each is fully cooked, mix them in a bowl and add your preferred sauce. I used Heinz 57 sauce!
Cut the tops off of the bell pepper. Stuff the bell pepper with cooked meat & vegetable mixture. Put stuffed bellpeppers (and the tops) in the oven for 12-20 minutes at 350. Be sure to check often and remove when the bellpepprers are soft. Garnish with shredded cheese and serve!
