Ugly Engagement Rings

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve added a post to the site, but needless to say, I’ve been a busy bee! Life is moving faster than I can keep up with sometimes, and this post is so appropriate right about now!!!

I was never the little girl that dreamed of her wedding day and all of the details, so planning this next milestone in my life is pretty overwhelming. We know that the most important part of getting married is the engagement ring, but if you’re anything like me, you have no clue! I was once a Semi-Precious Gemstone Buyer so I have an affinity for colored stones, but alas, diamonds are a girls’ best friend. Unless you’ve left your man little clues around the house, he too may be confused at the thousands of options out there. Some of us may get lucky and he will knock it out of the park, but if you’re part of the few that gets a hideous ring, be cautious about upgrading! Statistics say that your marriage has over an 80% chance of ending in divorce! So do you leave hints, risk getting a hideous ring or go ring shopping together?
